The Patchwork Family(R)

The Patchwork Family(R) presents: WISDOM AND WELLNESS, a women's wellness weekend program at Palm Key, SC. The ALL-INCLUSIVE PROGRAM FEE of $320 includes two nights (double occupancy) accommodations, all meals and all programming. Palm Key cottages offer two queen-size beds and a private bath in each room. Special dietary requests will be arranged with at least one week's notice. Friday, October 9, we will meet for registration and light refreshments from 5-6 pm. After dinner at SMAX, the program covers "Introduction to 12 Dimensions of Wellness," followed at 8 pm by star-gazing and porch-sitting. Saturday, October 10, will begin at 8 am with breakfast in the cottage. Morning program covers "Naming Your Fears", "Affirming Your Own Wisdom." After lunch at the cottage and time to walk, journal, relax, the afternoon program will cover "Understanding the Change Process" and "Creating Short-Term Personal Goals." After dinner at SMAX, participants will be delighted with a special program. Sunday, October 11, will begin at 8 am with breakfast in the cottage, followed by program elements "Inspiration and Affirmations" and "Recognizing and Keeping Life Balance."
